Ah, the wonder of true Italian Venetian Plaster!!

But what is the difference between true lime plaster and the stuff out of a can? True Venetian Plaster
comes from the ground and is mined in Italy, and other countries. It contains small particles of marble and
granite and hardens into true stone after its cure time. The texture can be very smooth and shinny to very
rough and textured, depending on how filtered the product is.

Additionally, the lime plasters are not harmful to your health, while canned products contain many
hazardous materials and may lead to health issues. They also never turn into a true stone finish.
